Abstract:

The following research, is based upon the compilation and analysis of information respect to companies with technological background, taking as reference, a number of four success cases and denoting the scope of this type of businesses and its consequences in a global environment taking into account “innovation” as the main point to achieve technological development together with better income for their respective organizations. Furthermore, an analysis of getting support from business models and innovation on the business arena is presented, taking in mind a niche business. This research will guide to the lecturer to develop a general vision respect to the trouble aspect of the private company Sic. Electritelecom Ltd. Co, located in Loja, Ecuador. This research will consider the approach of its lack of competitiveness, a reason why an organizational design is developed and purposed with proper characteristics of these type of companies as well as a processes manual to set in motion and control execution time of the most significant activities of this organization, same ones that will bring possible solutions to address pressing needs of this company in order to generate a set of value propositions in the Loja city.
