Enfoque pedagógico de las hermanas McMILLAN en el desarrollo de los niños de 4 a 5 años.


Abstract:

The child needs to experiment with many things in order to reach the development of his skills and thus acquire the necessary skills and knowledge that will help him achieve the proposed achievements. Giving the child the learning he needs will serve to develop all his skills and learn to be a capable and independent individual who will not need in the future the help of an adult to perform their daily activities. The child must develop in appropriate learning environments to feel confident about himself and the people around him. It is important to reward the achievements, efforts, thus reinforcing behaviors that will be maintained throughout and sanction those that may be harmful to their psychological and social development. The current project identifies the problem related to the topic of the Pedagogical Approaches of the McMillan Sisters in the development of children from 4 to 5 years old, the objectives and justification of the project. Theoretical framework that includes the theoretical bases, Psychological, Legal, Dependent and independent variables and the Operacionalization of the variables. Methodology that will be used to obtain the population, sample, methods, techniques and procedures that were used. The proposal, execution of a teaching guide for teachers. The problem occurs in the Particular Educative Catholic Unit "Julio Maria Matovelle" located in the city of Guayaquil in Febres Cordero streets between the 13th and the 14th where problems of development were found in the children of the beginning of the 2019-2020 school period.
