Entornos emergentes de aprendizaje, Instagram para aprender. Estudio de caso de influencers: Jonathan Velosa – Roco de la Portilla


Abstract:

The following investigation was focused on identifying the interactions between the influencers of audiovisual production, Jonathan Velosa and Roco de la Portilla, and their followers in order to recognize if Instagram can be considered an emerging environment for learning and education. Through an exploratory-descriptive, quantitative, non-experimental and cross-sectional approach, the content of 20 publications and the motivation of 200 comments were analyzed. After the categorization, it was possible to quantify the comments in order to determine the most common type of practices and discursive relationships. It was found that the most frequent comments in their IG accounts are positive reinforcements, the assessment of information and the interrelationship of the educational community. It was concluded that, indeed, learning communities were built on Instagram.
