Entrepreneurship training in Ecuador. Relevance and epistemological foundation

Abstract:

This article presents a conceptual analysis of the need to strengthen training in entrepreneurship. The results of the theoretical research carried out by the authors, based on the analysis of classic and contemporary references on the subject. The novelty of this research is given by the enrichment that this proposal supposes for this type of training in Ecuador, characterized by a conventional administrative approach. This proposal could be applied in others universities in Ecuador.
