Entrepreneurship with technological added value from micro, small and medium enterprises and its contribution on the economic growth of Ecuador

Abstract:

Little importance is given to the contribution of technological added value in the sustainability of ventures such as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. Several authors have proposed the indicator OCA, known as "Obtained Comparative Advantages". In South America, the countries that have greater economic development are those that lead in the production of scientific articles in the areas of physics and chemistry. This can advocate government policies to provide a theoretical backing to technological innovations.
