Entrepreneurship: Essential factors for its constitution


Abstract:

Entrepreneurship is still located in a cycle of evolution due to the obstacles that have prevented its faster development; In some developing countries there are still confusions in terminology or lack of access to conclusive results. The objective of this research is to identify the factors that influence the creation of a business unit. The applications focused on three aspects: Education and Business Training, Transfer of Research and Development, and Cultural and Social Standards. For this purpose, a review of the literature of the concepts, findings and contributions of various authors that were compiled in an organized manner and then specific in the document was made. Under the approach of the model of Diaz-Casero et al, (2012), concludes that the national and regional context have a significant impact on the willingness to open a business and the individual level characteristics have a general influence, but this influence is not maintained over time by the different factors in which it is seen involved the future entrepreneur.
