Revisions for production errors occurred in the above article [1] are listed as follows: 1. The name of 4th author should be: Rafael Garcia 2. The biography of Rafael Garcia should read as follows: Rafael Garcia received a BSEE degree from Texas AI University in 1982. He is the Director of System Protection for Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC. As Director of System Protection, he has responsibility for protection system standards and studies, designs, relay settings, technical and engineering field support as well as SCADA support for Transmission and Substation facilities. Other responsibilities include overseeing compliance support specifically for NERC system protection and cyber security standards. He is a member of the IEEE/PES/PSRCC main committee and a member of the PSCC PLC Subcommittee and of several working groups within these committees. Mr. Garcia is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. (Figure presented).
