Estado nutricional materno y sus consecuencias obstétricas neonatales
Abstract:
Background: the preconceptional maternal nutritional status and during pregnancy is important as it can have serious consequences on the product in the short and long term. Objectives: To determine if the state of maternal nutrition affects the obstetric and neonatal outcome Methodology: A case-control study was carried out that included 250 pregnant women treated at Alfredo Paulson Hospital in 2017, with institutional prenatal control, nutritional assessment, without a history of Diabetes Gestational, preeclampsia and / or preterm delivery and with a newborn with weight and height assessment. For the chicudrdo statistical analysis of homogeneity with a significant value of P <0.05. Result: Maternal malnutrition was observed in 13% of cases. It was associated with nemia 8p0.007: OR 2.74: 1.26-6.40): the prevalence of tears, episiotomy and postpartum hemorrhage showed no association. Among the neonates, a greater number of PEG8P0.027; or 1.78; 0.74-4.299, prematurity (P0.007; OR 1.02-3.28) products was observed in the product an association with GEG (P0, = 339 E INCOME TO ucin (p 0.039) Conclusion: It is found that maternal nutritional status increases the risk of obstetric and neonatal complications.
