Estilo de liderazgo y clima organizacional en La U. E. Simón Bolívar
Abstract:
This thesis establishes relationships between the teaching work and the school climate and how these processes are enhanced when the institution promotes firm leadership that starts from the managerial level that privileges communication, motivation and decision making. Its objectives include: the analysis of relations between managers and teachers, the organizational climate and leadership styles that prevail in the Simón Bolívar Educational Unit. The design of the research was of correlational type, a sample of the components of the educational community was taken into consideration. The instruments used, were the in-depth interview and the survey, the technique that was privileged in both cases was the application of questionnaires. Among the results of this research can be observed internal shortcomings such as the distant relationship with legal representatives that hinders a culture of innovation, on the other hand the transactional leadership that is evidenced, establishes informal relationships regulated by emotions and agreements. These practices do not promote effective leadership within the institution.
