Estrategia Educativa para estimular el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en los estudiantes de segundo año de bachillerato del Colegio Beatriz Cueva de Ayora, de la ciudad de Loja


Abstract:

Is decisive to be in the pedagogical model to guide or direct teaching strategies that facilitate reaching the learning objectives; Undoubtedly, knowledge and experience are the keys to an ideal professional practice whose responsibility lies directly with the teacher. The present research entitled “Educational Strategies for Students of the Second Year of High school Beatriz Cueva de Ayora,” aims, through consultation of students and teachers, to achieve the specific objectives proposed: to identify the educational strategies used and know the contextual situations that (Motivation - interests and preferences, teacher and student relationships, and the essential pedagogical and administrative conditions). For this purpose, two surveys were applied and categorized according to the mentioned objectives. One for 173 students and another for 13 teachers from the indicated year of schooling. The data do not show a defined pedagogical model, but it can be concluded that the approach is mostly traditional, innovative educational strategies that cannot be identified either. With respect to the factors that influence its implementation, it is established that there is a need to train teachers in the importance of the student-teacher affective relationship, even as a pedagogical strategy. It is also necessary to generate the necessary conditions to articulate projects in this sense with the collaboration of managers, teachers and parents.
