Estrategias de cobranzas para mejorar la liquidez de audio Centro 2000 S.A.

Abstract:

This degree project was carried out for the company Audio Centro 2000 S.A., that presented a problem in the client portfolio receivable accounts, which was affecting the institution. The company, not having established collection strategies for the staff, as a result, they presented an inefficient and ineffective way of doing their job, and without having a person in charge taking the responsibility for the bad results obtained in the collection area. That is why the researcher formulated the objective with the purpose of improving the defaulter rate and having the mission of developing strategies and giving suggestions to improve the condition of the company. To obtain these results, an evaluation was carried out to each of the functions and procedures performed by the company's personnel. This evaluation was prepared with the help of interviews with people who are a fundamental part of the collection management process, also a questionnaire of specific questions was made to have a better knowledge of the problem that the institution was going through and in this way arrive to the root that materially affected the organization. This interview was very helpful because it contributed to the development of the research, allowing the researcher to have a strong basis for the realization of the proposal and to suggest the changes that the company must make, in order to improve the effectiveness of the collection of the values obtaining an improvement in the liquidity of the institution. Through the collection strategies, the company will be able to have a better control of the functions that the personnel perform, which will help the company to have favorable results in the recovery of the client portfolio receivable accounts.
