Abstract:

The present qualified work " Strategies of control for improvement of the management of collection in Teinmaser S.A ", was realized in order to establish improvements in the management of approval, follow-up and recovery of the credits in the area of collection, by means of the application of effective and efficient strategies of control, which manage mitigates and / or to reduce of substantial form the growth of the irrecoverable accounts of the company, which would carry to attenuating in a considerable way the irrigation of a possible lack of liquidity. For this intention related policies will be established to the area of collection, for the management, approval and the collections of the credits, also there were elaborated effective and effective processes that were reflected inside a manual of procedures, to guarantee the correct fulfillment of the tasks, the functions and the aims fixed for the area of collection on the part of the general management of the company Teinmaser S.A.
