Estrategias de intervención urbana en la periferia de la ciudad de Loja. Borde sur-oriental Zamora Huayco.

Abstract:

This investigation pretends to design strategies of intervention from the construction of transforming scenarios, through theoretical foundations and analogous references that relate with the problems in the place that the investigation is taking place. The analysis of the urban-rural borders goes from two levels: the mapping research, based on the maps to obtain indicators that measures the current situation of territory; and the investigation on-site that will describe the reality of the place. With the result of the territory analysis from above and the way that will occupy and live from the bottom, the following is questioned. What kind of factors and elements will take control at the moment of integrating the territory? And throughout this process, how could be improved and be able to strength their own characteristics? From this issues, we see a common objective that will take a territory more articulated, integral and organized from the urban-rural borders. Therefore; the strategies of the proposal are the results of the peri-urban and it groups in three special axes: Green network, network connection and social network; throughout the planning of intervention measures that covers policies and regulations in the action to use and manage the land, considering the different ways of occupation and growth of the territory.
