Abstract:
This project is developed in the company Tecniseguros S.A. the main objective of this thesis is the proposal for a new way to buy insurance, is the chance that the consumer needs to continue protecting their assets in times of need. It is a competitive advantage that serves to break into markets interested in the innovative concept, ecological and cultural consumers already know and need to know today what is needed is to optimize resources, streamline processes and improve service to customer loyalty and increase the percentage of annual sales. The role of insurance is that by charging a premium establishing a compensation fund for the best it can cover 100% cost recovery in equity or at least 80%, which is a relief for consumers because they are not always prepared to face any kind of calamity that is why you should always have insurance to prevent any eventuality….
