Estrategias de mediación docente en los foros virtuales en el programa de formación de docentes interculturales bilingües. Análisis de caso del curso de formación continua …

Abstract:

This is a research whose objective is to systematize the teaching mediation strategies applied in the bilingual intercultural teacher training program offered by the Salesian Polytechnic University in 2016. This case was analyzed based on the theoretical foundations of the pedagogical models: self-structuring and constructivist as it arises (De Zubiría Samper, 2006); similarly, communication models such as the informational paradigm and the critical paradigm proposed by (Scolari, 2008) have also been taken into account. The methodology used in this research was quantitative, through which data was obtained about the course, in order to compare the different variables, for this an observation of the forums of each subject was made, then proceeded to perform interviews with teachers and students of the course to obtain results. The work presents the theoretical methodological framework, the interaction analysis of the forums and the pedagogical and communication models. During this research it was highlighted that virtual education helps people to continue preparing in the virtual education field, since they study asynchronously, that is, they connect to virtual environments at different times, for this development it is important to teaching mediation, since it allows to promote and facilitate learning processes taking into account that the student is the main actor throughout this process and the teacher is in charge of guiding the educational process.
