Estrategias de recuperación de la cartera de clientes en Porconecu S.A.


Abstract:

The present investigative work carried out in the company PORCONECU SA, an analysis of the situation of the overdue portfolio of clients and accounts receivable was made, which determined failures in the collection management, within this investigative process it was evidenced that there is no control in the cbkp_redit and collection department and also the lack of processes and policies that safeguard the integrity of the securities to be collected. This situation caused the company to have problems with the liquidity, being affected the flows that are used for the realization of the operations and payment to employees, the proposal of the present investigation in implementing a manual of procedures for the recovery of the overdue portfolio of clients , where departmental objectives and specific functions of the area are established to evaluate a client, define amounts of cbkp_redit, in order to improve the effectiveness of the collection of securities and ensure the liquidity of the company.
