Estrategias para el desarrollo funcional de la Cámara de Comercio y productividad de Ibarra

Abstract:

The present investigation consists of the implementation of Strategies, for this purpose it has been established as a general objective “Design Str ategies for the optimization of the administrative management of the Chamber of Commerce and Productivity of the city of Ibarra”, as the first chapter theoretically based the importance of the use of Strategies for the optimization of organizations, through the conceptualization of the variables of the implementation of Strategies. As a second chapter, a methodological framework for research was designed. The research was based on the quantitative paradigm, in which the characteristics of the institution, i ts clients, partners and in addition to the products they offer were analyzed. The methods used were theoretical, inductive, deductive, analytical / synthetic and descriptive. The study population is made up of economic activities destined to the production, commercialization and sale of diverse goods and services that carry out these activities in the central commerce zone of the city of Ibarra. As a result of the investigation, it was identified that the institution has a limited number of partners, therefore its growth is confined and therefore its partners. As a proposal, the implementation of strategies for the functional development of the institution was proposed through the use of “strategies to obtain new clients”, as well as the use of “generic strategies for diversification of the service” creating a competitive advantage and the analysis of how they would improve These strategies to the institution, create an action plan for the execution of these strategies, determine the time of realization, generate costs and hold the interested party responsible, to subsequently carry out a financial analysis and implement policies that guarantee the execution of these strategies.
