Abstract:
This thesis project is carried out based on the reality that exists in the Dany Shop online clothing sales company, studying the current processes to be carried out in the commercialization, having as main objective to contribute to the development of the activities of each one of them. the processes. During the elaboration and development of the titling work, we have observed that the company has unstructured policies and controls that are much less documented, in a solution to all this, what is sought is to equalize the tasks performed by the collaborators.
