Estudio comparado y socio jurídico de la unión de hecho desde el caso ecuatoriano con Argentina

Abstract:

The contribution of the present work is focused on raising awareness at a social level and therefore of a legal type on the issue of union de facto in our country in comparison with the normative update that maintains Argentina in this subject, country with which This comparative study is carried out, where we can observe deficiencies in our legislation that we can improve from the perspective provided by the Argentine legislation. An aspect that draws attention to the legislative comparison of the two countries is in terms of adoption for same-sex couples that is not allowed in our country. In the same way the present work tries to draw the attention of those people who are handled in the juridical world so that through this type of contributions we can extend our legal system towards the protection of rights and duties for LGBTI communities. Getting to the conscience of a person is difficult but not impossible and this challenge is an achievement not only for my academic and professional training but also to understand that all people are equal.
