Estudio comparativo de la sustancia remineralizante modificada con fosfopéptidos de caseína-fosfatos de calcio amorfos en llenados con defectos en el esmalte
Abstract:
In this paper a review of the literature was conducted in order to share with the dental profession, the information collected on the comparative study of mineralizing substance modified casein phosphopeptide - amorphous calcium phosphate filled with enamel defects. This material promises to be an important contribution to reducing tooth decay by activating the process of demineralization and remineralization during in large number cases, where there may be a recovery of tooth enamel. Is normal, that tooth enamel desmineralice gradually due to the loss of calcium and phosphate ions. To compensate this unbalance the remineralization process that will precipitate calcium, phosphate and other ions within or on the surface of the partially demineralized enamel occurs. Amorphous Calcium Phosphate (FCA), an ideal delivery system of calcium and phosphate ions freely available, is involved in the balance of the demineralization and remineralization; preventing or remineralizing incipient decay by expelling calcium and phosphate ions, in proper proportions, can form the mineral deals dental structures. The casein phosphopeptide - amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP- ACP) are nano complexes casein (bovine milk), calcium and phosphate. Are proposed as remineralizing since 1998, his anti-cariogenic activity was tested by experimental studies Casein is the largest of proteins.
