Estudio comparativo in-vitro de la preparación biomecánica entre el sistema rotatorio protaper vs sistema oscilatorio endo eze en primeros premolares inferiores.
Abstract:
The purpose of the present studies Invitro it was to evaluate the preparation biomechanics among the rotational system Pro_taperVs oscillatory system Endo Eze in first inferior premolares and to compare the results obtained by the two methods to establish its effect on the original anatomy of the same one. The study one carries out in 40 teeth unirradiculares for whose selection took x-rays double (VL_MD) preoperatoria. In the selected teeth they were made the cut of the crown, you determines the work longitude externally and to whose longitude is subtracted 0.5 with a file K #. 10. They got ready the samples in the cube Kuttler for their respective court for thirds, he/she takes photographic and preparation with the two investigation methods. After the instrumentation they took pictures again, following the same approaches of acquired padronización in the initial taking. The obtained images were taken to the computer, facilitating the mensuration of the areas of performance of each technique and their respective analysis through a specific program for our study Auto_Cad. To evaluate the action of the techniques of the experimental different groups, you half the area of the conduit radicular after the instrumentation, comparatively to the initial area. To the optic photographic analysis we can conclude that it is evident the performance of the rotational technique since the mark that he/she leaves to the interior of the conduit is to circulate, this gave an increase of the area it doesn't standardize. The dentina removal made by the oscillatory system seemed more regular. In spite of this, one cannot observe difference statistic among the two techniques.
