Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una cafetería en la ciudad de Guayaquil


Abstract:

The present investigative work is about of the feasibility study for the creation of a coffee shop, whose activity is the sale and elaboration of foods suitable for human consumption in times of pandemic, located in the city of Guayaquil. This entrepreneurship arises as an initiative and economic necessity at the current times that the country is living, and is directed towards the inhabitants and workers of the Sauces III sector, who integrate and come within it, and for various factors they see the need to purchasing food from informal sellers who do not have the correct asepsis when preparing and selling it. For this reason it is intended to satisfy consumer demand, creating an establishment that guarantees the preparation of food in a hygienic way as well as providing an environment in accordance with the sanitary measures that are presented, in which through a market study it will be observed the acceptance of the people of the sector and by means of the elaboration of the financial projection and financial indicators the viability of its creation will be known.
