Abstract:
Because most companies that are established in ECUADOR, only sell food products (scrap), whose point of attraction are the children and their daily meals, and being the fast food business, monopolized in some types of food , consumers do not have enough variety and choice to choose between different products. For this reason, it was decided to create a new small business, as many people today have put their trust in creating fresh pasta, made in natural ingbkp_redients such as quinoa. This product is a new range in the Ecuadorian market, and with its easy preparation and high vitamin content provides a clear basis of the approach, to where you get the product, consumers in general.
