Estudio de factibilidad para la instalación de una planta procesadora de película plástica (papel stretch film) a partir del quitosano.

Abstract:

It looks for to establish the feasibility technician - economic to install a processing plant of biodegradable plastic movie (Stretch Film), the study is developed in the county of the Guayas; where you determines the consumption of this movie, at the same time a survey is developed to determine the acceptance of the product and the frequency of consumption of this that it is used to calculate the unsatisfied demand which is of 910 TN/año, of the total of the unsatisfied demand 12% of this together with the offer of the product, it is used to determine the size of the plant that is defined in 109.152 TN/año. The location of the plant is established by means of the qualitative method for points in Guayas; to represent the production process it uses the diagram of process flow, machinery selection, determination of I mount of investment for the development of the project that is of $887,648.58 American dollars, of which $619,839.61 are capital own contributed by 6 partners and that $267,808.97 correspond to 60% of the fixed investment that will be financed by the National Financial Corporation, to 5 years of term in payments quarterly to an active rate of 10.5%. The obtained internal rate of return of the box flow is of 21.57% and they go of $1,230,634.06 with all that exposed it is considered that the project is viable and of relevance for the social, economic and technological development.
