Estudio de factibilidad para la instalación de una planta productora de conserva de pulpa de tagua en Guayaquil.
Abstract:
The project is to determine the feasibility for the installation of a production plant for preserved pulp of Taguafor data collection were used several techniques: market research, statistical methods, direct observation, interviews, surveys, as well as digitized information in public and private institutions that control the data at the national level and the analysis of market of canned food in regard to supply and demand, the determination of frequency of use, as well as the types of products of direct and indirect competition, the main channels of distribution and prices, Once known the unmet demand and participation will be determined by the size of the plant, then performed a study of production processes in the development of canned Pulpof Tagua, exposed by the block diagram, also determines the location and location of the project from qualitative method by points and for the distribution of teams the timing diagram of plant. It raises the organizational system administrative and technical withthat will launch the new company and determines the cost of the project by a value of $608,779.86of which the 42%that equates to $257,854.78investment is fixed and the 58%that equates to $350,925.08the working capital. In the economic evaluation we have the net present value (NPV) of $ -113,698.16and the rate of return (IRR) of 2%, demonstrated by means of indicators which economically is not profitable for the implementation of the project.
