Abstract:

This project presents a proposal for the implementation of a warehouse of equipment, tools and automotive supplies, where a study is made of the internal management of the warehouse, how the inventory is made, in what order the tools are located, as is their classification. In addition, information is presented on each tool that is thought to be offered in the warehouse that is to be implemented. An architectural plan of the warehouse structure and a plan of how the shelves will be distributed within the warehouse will be designed, as will be the nomenclature that will be used to identify the different items within the warehouse, which inventory management system will be implemented. A survey will also be carried out and the result will be tabulated by means of statistical graphs where the favorable percentage that is presented by the respondents is presented, then the analysis will be carried out to determine what characteristics can be adopted by the tool, equipment and sales store. automotive inputs.
