Estudio de la demanda para la formación de una PYME dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de pallets en Guayaquil para el 2017

Abstract:

The GAD (Descentralized, Autonomous, Gobernment) is recognized by the constitution as an entity with own autonomy in order to make decissions appropiately for the benefit of the population. Namely the principal aims of this Project is to devolop a manual of accounting and tax procedures, wich integrates operations of the Descentralized Autnomous Government based on current regulations. The size of the simple in this investigation was of seven people, six members of the GAD and the accountant and they were surveyed it only the president and accountant were interviewed it. According this research the Descentralized Autnomous Government of Ancón de Sardinas has some shortcomings and needs so, it is very necessary a proposal which allows to solve the problems. This proposal will establish processes purpose, policy and tasks such as: Formulation and elaboration of the budget, annual plan of contract, transfers received, buy of belonging and contratation of service, ejecution of works, paying of basic services, paying of remuneration, tax obligating, elaboration and approve of the annual plan operative, accountand process. It could see pbkp_redisposition in the members of the Descentralized Autonomous Gobernment when visited Ancón de Sardinas and I hoppe they socialize and apply the proposal to reach the adnistrative afficiency
