Estudio de la gestión de calidad del servicio al cliente en el hospital de especialidades Guayaquil Dr. Abel Gilbert Pontón 2017-2018


Abstract:

In the present study we will deal with the evaluation of the quality in the customer service of the Hospital Nacional de Especialidades Guayaquil Dr. Abel Gilbert Pontón, it is intended to analyze the service to the client in the hospital, verifying the management that is being offered or if the service is being given adequately according to the results established in the survey, opting for an improvement in customer service so that this medical service unit has a better reception and reaches to meet the needs of patients, evaluating quality management according to the perspective of its external users. When concluding with this project it will serve as a guide of actions for the decision making, in such a way that it can improve in the quality of attention to the user and / or clients.
