Abstract:
Problem: Which strategic elements should have a market research in order to promote an innovating touristic offer for countryside accommodation within the location of General Antonio Elizalde in the year 2021? Objective: Analyze the offer and demand the General Antonio Elizalde market for the planning of a countryside accommodation proposal that allows increasing the potential of local tourism. Hypothesis: the strategic elements that should have a market research in the General Antonio Elizalde township in order to promote countryside accommodation are: Competition Analysis; Environment Analysis; Consumption trending. Variables: a) Market survey and, b) countryside accommodation offers. Type: Exploratory and descriptive. Design: Non-experimental – Transectional. Methodology: materialistic empiricism. Technics: Qualitative and quantitative. Samples: Non probabilistic. Results: Proved hypothesis. Proposal: Touristic lodge “La Floreana” as an alternative on countryside accommodation offers.
