Abstract:

The purpose of this project is to show how the study the feasibility for the expansion of the operations of Camaronera Lukmar S.A. in 21.41 hectares corresponding to 8 new pools taking advantage of the shrimp farm's unproductive land, with the objective of improving production processes, and increasing the production that will represent higher revenues for the enterprise. To determine the viability of this project, information was collected on the current production process of shrimp Lukmar S.A. through research tools such as surveys and interviews conducted with members of the enterprise; a financial analysis was carried out where it was determined what the initial investment would be and the sources that finance it. Projected financial analyzes were prepared to measure the profitability of the project and through the NPV and the IRR was determined a positive result proving its feasibility, finally the study will gave us the sensitivity analysis was conducted to point out several project scenarios.
