Estudio del efecto de los factores que inciden en el crecimiento del sector de la construcción en el Ecuador periodo 2007 - 2016.

Abstract:

The present research has been focused in determining the factors that affect the development of the Ecuadorian construction sector, confronting them to macro and microeconomic variables in changing scenarios. The construction sector in an important productive sector in Ecuador, which has a great incidence in the GNP outcome being that in year 2014 it contributed to it with 10.32%. It also came out the evidence in the present study, that during the last years the construction sector of the country has decreased for different economic situations such as the lack of liquidity, employment contraction, absence of public and private investments, lack of currency to the country due to the fall of exports and other variables. With the purpose to arrive to a concluding analysisof the collected data through the different stages in the preparation of this research, the data was exposed to the multiple lineal regression method and to the Gretl statistical Program. The present study concluded that the differentiating element are the correct policies that the government takes to go through to reactivate this important productive sector like the construction sector is, considering its direct impact in the employment rate, making important decision to promote public and private investment.
