With the project that we present below, what we are looking for is the creation of a new supermarket in the Balzar canton, we have carried out an analysis to determine how it would be accepted for the inhabitants, in order to boost economic activities and thus generate income that will achieve growth of the canton. It was found that there are other places such as neighborhood, markets, but they have many shortcomings, both in the quality of the service and lack of products that make the inhabitants of the sector look in neighboring cantons, to meet their needs. Financial indicators such as Net Present Value, VAN will be applied, the Balance point will be determined to analyze whether the proposal is suitable or not, projected cash flows will be made, we will analyze what raw material the supermarket needs, human talent and the expenses incurred to fulfill the project with this we will recommend to the shareholders. whether or not the operation is successful.
