Estudio técnico - económico para crear una planta productora de secadoras industriales para productos agrícolas

Abstract:

It demonstrates the feasibility of setting up a production plant for industrial dryers for agricultural products, where it determines the demand and projected supply using the method of least squares, also analyzes the prices of the competition as well as the distribution channels and location of the plant by means of the qualitative method by points. Calculate the total investment of the project, which is divided into fixed investment with an amount of $ 224,690.40 and the capital of operations with an amount of $ 983,980.94, where its financing will come from 5 partners that contribute $ 1,073,857.10 and a bank loan of $ 134,814.24. It performs the financial analysis resulting in $ 222,257.49 of breakeven point, $ 786,607.93 of VPN, and IRR of 40.15% respectively. It concludes that there is a gradual annual growth and a market willing to acquire the product. It recommends making the investment due to the permanence of the product and the rise in unsatisfied demand.
