Abstract:

Use Tools such as SWOT analysis for determining the Current status of company problems to formulate objectives and policies to be applied at the Laboratory Lepabi the Ishikawa diagram is a way to organize and represent proposed different theories about the causes of a problem with the order to change the mindset of individuals with regard to the area of work, in order to have a quality production at low cost, reducing prices and improving techniques to establish the corrective measures necessary to improve production quality and satisfaction client that allows to have a competitive edge over others competitors. The results obtained from this study was reduce losses by 15%, with an investment of $ 20,186.12 which According to the economic evaluation will recover within 1 year and 9 months with an annual profit of $ 58,346.14. Finally, we must manage and implement the Department of Bacteriology, for the cultivation of MS bacteria, to in turn improve production of larvae Shrimp.
