Estudio técnico para la fabricación de una máquina doméstica para elaborar bebidas vegetales.


Abstract:

It presents a technical study for the elaboration of a domestic vegetable drinking machine. It uses the survey as a technique to know its reception of the vegetable drinks machine, it projects the demand and the supply through the method of least squares, it analyzes the average price and the distribution channel, it determines the optimal location of the plant and the selection both of machine and equipment by means of the qualitative method by points, designs the product according to technical standards, uses the block diagram to represent the production processes according to the distribution of the buildings of the plant with the respective route. It structures the administrative organization with a vertical organization chart that presents the corresponding manual function, determines the correct technical organization with the production plan, maintenance plan and the supply plan. It calculates the total investment in $ 1'021,758, with bank financing of $ 208,241 (20%) and the remaining $ 813,517 (80%) will be financed by fifteen shareholders with a contribution each in equal parts. It determines the Internal Rate of Return (TIR) at 39.57%, the Net Present Value (NPV) is $ 297,487, and the period of recovery of the investment will be during the third year. The cost benefit shows that for every dollar invested, it will have a profit of $ 0.81 and the calculated indicators prove the feasibility of the investment project. The conclusion indicates that if the project is launched, it contributes to the socioeconomic aspect of Ecuador, because it offers a job opportunity, recommends finding a company that can sell and negotiate presses as fast as possible and also one that distributes and manufactures electronic cards.
