Abstract:

The next document has been realized to show the resources needed for the implementation of a closed circuit communication media in the Gustavo Galindo´s campus from the ESPOL. The document shows all the equipment and characteristics needed to make professional productions, acquiring or using the available resources, so the students and teachers can broadcast, inform, entertain, educate and expose projects that has been realized in the University. This proyect will be the beginning for the ESPOL to develope to a future channel in open circuit for the UHF and VHF frecuency.
