To know the projection of the proposal, the survey technique was used, which was applied to people over 15 years of age in the city of Babahoyo and rural parishes, in order to know the parameters of supply and demand that will determine the sizes. plant optimum. In addition, a technical study will be defined to know the characteristics and resources of the product and the process. An economic study was also carried out to know the investment expenses and the production parameters to be estimated, such as: costs, administrative expenses, sales expenses, etc. The economic study established a total investment of $221,703.50 with a retail price of $5.70 and annual production of 48,210 units. Additionally, a financial evaluation was established that determined a NPV of $158,501.25, an IRR of 35% and a recovery period of the third year, which indicates the viability of the project.
