Estudio y diseño de un centro cultural en la ciudad de Milagro

Abstract:

In this paper, a research was carried out to determine the most relevant historical events that molded the City of Milagro. Additionally, an extensive analysis concerning cultural development improvements the City would go through by educational incentives for cultural promotion is made, focusing in particular on spaces for cultural diffusion as the proposal here developed. The result of such research indicates a vivid interest by the locals for both recreative and cultural spaces that are currently lacking. The hereby proposal arises from the necessity expressed by the Milagreños to benefit from further cultural spaces as well as diffusive, resting, exhibition and recreative spaces in the City. Spaces with adequate accessibility and meeting points between locals and visitors.
