Estudio y diseño de un centro de faenado de productos cárnicos, en Naranjal, provincia del Guayas 2015


Abstract:

This work was referred to the Seminar Coordinator Graduation Department , Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning of the University of Guayaquil , prior to obtaining the title of Architect of the Republic of Ecuador . This theme was termed as “STUDY AND DESIGN CENTER DRESSING OF MEAT PRODUCTS IN NARANJAL PROVINCIA GUAYAS 2015.” the proposal is based on social need for better handling of meat products from the supplier to the consumer, bringing the good life of citizens. It is based on obtaining the necessary spaces with standard regulations and advanced techniques, from the traditional way to an industrialized, automated way to improve the process of dressing and obtain a quality product, and therefore give a better handling in Hence the organic waste produced.
