Abstract:

his study arises from knowing the existing problems that have led to the current Municipal market of the Valencia canton, the deterioration of its facilities and the abandonment of the merchants who work inside to propose a spatial, formal and functional solution. That is why the "STUDY AND DESIGN OF THE MUNICIPAL MARKET AND ITS IMMEDIATIONS, IN THE CANTON OF VALENCIA, LOS RIOS -2020" is proposed to design a municipal market according to the spatial and functional needs of the merchants and users of the canton of Valencia, in addition to reactivate the economic sector of the urban center, focusing the research on three premises that are the architectural design to generate comfortable spaces, the bioclimatic criteria 14 to take advantage of the climatic agents of the environment and the urban image that allows studying the impact of the current market.
