Estudio y bkp_rediseño interior de zonas comerciales, áreas verdes y recreación en el malecón del cantón Ventanas

Abstract:

The present work of titling is the study and redesign of a public space that contains commercial areas, green and recreational areas and a cultural component, the study area located on the Malecon de Ventanas, is a place of great value, since its strategic location connects with the two most important road entrances of the canton and belongs to the center of the city. The design seeks to satisfy fundamentally, the needs that arise in those who work and make use of this site, which for many factors has been losing functionality and its tourist and aesthetic contribution to the Malecon, to the city, the main thing is to solve in a practical and effective way the present problems, (spaces without uses, deterioration, lack of maintenance, and misuse of outdoor spaces, poor lighting). The purpose is to improve the urban image, rehabilitate the spaces that deserve to continue operating and provide new uses more in line with sites in abandonment, to promote the cultural, tourist and economic development of the Ventanas canton.
