Etiopatogenia y tratamiento quirúrgico del quiste dentigero

Abstract:

El quiste dentígero es uno de los más frecuentes que sufre la población, afectando principalmente al género masculino en su tercera etapa de vida, el quiste dentígero siendo el segundo quiste odontogénico más común. Habitualmente está asociado con la corona de un diente normal impactado, usualmente con los terceros molares inferiores y caninos superiores. OBJETIVO de este trabajo es determinar la etiopatogenia y tratamiento quirúrgico del quiste dentígero. METODO es un trabajo bibliográfico direccionado a conocer sobre la etiología y su manejo quirúrgico del Quiste Dentigero, esta investigación es analítico ya que para el presente trabajo se realizó un extenso análisis de diversas informaciones e histórico ya que se ha realizado en base de otros trabajos realizados. Instrumento, es ficha de registro de datos. RESULTADOS se logró obtener como resultado una gran recopilación de información sobre los quistes dentígeros relacionándolos con la retención de una pieza afectada, de esta manera se pudo determinar que el quiste lograría la retención de la pieza si la presión de su contenido es mayor a su fuerza de erupción. CONCLUSION según lo investigado se llegó a la conclusión que no existe una teoría precisa que aclare la etiopatogenia del quiste dentígero, pero la más aceptada por los autores es la teoría explica que el quiste se produce después que la corona de un diente se ha formado por completo por lo que causa la acumulación de líquido entre el órgano del esmalte y la corona del diente. It is usually associated with the crown of an impacted normal tooth, usually with the lower third molars and upper canines. OBJECTIVE of this work is to determine the etiopathogenesis and surgical treatment of the dentigerous cyst. METODO is a bibliographic work aimed at knowing about the etiology and its surgical management of the dentigerous cyst, this research is analytical since for the present work an extensive analysis of various information and history was carried out since it has been carried out on the basis of other works carried out . Instrument it is data record sheet. RESULTS as a result, it was possible to obtain a large collection of information on dentigerous cysts, relating them to the retention of an affected piece, in this way it was possible to determine that the cyst would achieve retention of the piece if the pressure of its content is greater than its strength eruption. CONCLUSION as investigated, it was concluded that there is no precise theory that clarifies the etiopathogenesis of the dentigerous cyst, but the one most accepted by the authors is the theory that explains that the cyst occurs after the crown of a tooth has been formed by complete by causing the accumulation of fluid between the enamel organ and the crown of the tooth.
