Evaluación financiera de las Unidades de Salud Canchagua, Chantilìn, Cochapamba del Distrito 05D04 Pujilì - Saquisilì, Provincia de Cotopaxi, Zona 3 – 2014

Abstract:

For the demands of a good system of planning and control within an administration, it is necessary a financial overview of health services, as it allows the analysis of the economic costs generated by a unit primarily relating the same productivity and quality attention given to the assigned population. This action research project was developed in Zone 3 of 05D04 District, Province of Cotopaxi, in the units Canchagua, Chantilín, Cochapamba and is the financial analysis of these centers by information processing that allowed calculating fixed costs , total costs and variable costs for each unit. Subsequently an exchange of information is done through of WINSIG system and billing costs based on the rate of the Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador. The methodology adopted for the project is the logical framework, so after getting the results we propose a strategic improvement plan for strengthening and improving the activities carried out in these establishments in the primary care.
