Abstract:

The development of this investigative work is to provide a valuable contribution to the authorities of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of the Canton Puebloviejo, since it will allow evaluating the management of financial resources in order to determine the shortcomings they have and through the financial evaluation achieve the greater efficiency and effectiveness in the administration of the institution's public resources. The results of this research work will contribute to the improvement of the administration of the resources managed by the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of the Canton Puebloviejo, therefore, to promote that the information obtained becomes an important tool, so that the corresponding authorities take the measures corrective measures and appropriate decisions. In the development of the Financial Evaluation, the budgetary indices and indicators were applied, where the liquidity and financial solvency of the entity was determined, and in turn the financial economic situation The most relevant aspects are given based on the financial evaluation 3 in which it was determined that in the 2020 period they have not carried out a financial evaluation, which does not allow them to efficiently and effectively evaluate the development of their activities
