Evaluación de alternativas para uso de recursos públicos en emergencias mayores usando proceso jerárquico analítico (AHP): Caso de estudio cantón de Ambato

For the case study due to the large amount of resources of public infrastructure and similarity of these it is necessary to rely on computer system for decision making such us ArcGIS to georeference public resources and Super Decisions to apply the AHP calculation. Through this research and the proposal has been improved by 65% in the allocation of safe places in urban and rural areas, this optimization has been improved to 327,194 inhabitants with a shorter response time.
