Abstract:

This researching work is on the "Evaluation of cryopreservation of female canine oocytes in the biotechnology laboratory in the field of veterinary sciences", also it focuses on evaluating oocyte cryopreservation of canine females in order to determine whether they are viable before and after cryopreservation. This researching work is important because it seeks to improve the genetic characteristics of the canine population for a better output according to the demands of our country. This process began with the collection of oocytes and placed in holding for cleaning. Furthermore, they were assessed before a stereoscope quality oocytes mature stage 1 will be packaged directly for cryopreservation, while those who are in immature stage would be transferred to a cryoprotectant; for maturation and subsequent cryopreservation process with a slow curve....
