Evaluación de las políticas de acción establecidas por el Gobierno Nacional del Ecuador en alcanzar el cumplimiento del segundo objetivo del milenio para el 2015

Abstract:

In this thesis dissertation, we will follow the trail of history, underlining those principal moments, where the importance of the support of the government in the educational sector is a priority and an objective to be reached throughout the years. We are going to evaluate if the policies of action established in the last years by the National Government of Ecuador will allow it to reach in the year 2015 the Second Objective of the Millennium; which along with the other seven objectives defined by the Millennium Summit Meeting have as their only finality to eradicate the poverty of those countries in the process of development. The importance of this evaluation will be sustained by the statistical results obtained until the present date, the programs of support implemented by the National Government and the opinion of some agents which make up part of the educational sector. Based on the experience had by comrade countries of Ecuador, such as: Colombia, Venezuela, Peru and Bolivia and taking into consideration the existing scenario of the economic policy of our country; actions to follow, which will uphold the achievement of the Second Objective of the Millennium, the one that is “A Universal Primary Education”, are going to be put forward. And finally, how this achievement will affect the Productive Matrix of our country.
