Evaluación de las variables de desempeño cooperativo con enfoque en el buen vivir en la provincia de Bolívar

Abstract:

The present study was carried out with the objective of evaluating the variables of cooperative performance of savings, cbkp_redit and production with a focus on Buen Vivir in the province of Bolívar, being necessary to identify the variables in the environment, to measure the cooperative performance for later to apply the tool of evaluation of the variables and thus to achieve the determination of the performance with focus in the good living and that these cooperatives are having. The methods used were theoretical and empirical since they collected all relevant information necessary for the implementation and fulfillment of the objectives. From the theorists we applied the deductive, inductive and systematic analysis and of the empirical applied the Delphi method and the techniques of surveys, interviews and observation. The results allowed to propose a plan of improvements to the strengthening of the variables of cooperative performance of savings, cbkp_redit and production aimed at the fulfillment of the popular and solidarity economy and to the national plan of Buen Vivir, to comply with the principles and the declaration and explanation Of the different norms that regulate their functioning as entities that seek to provide assistance with responsibility and cooperation, their aim to seek the collective wellbeing of the community by showing the quality and effectiveness of each cooperative and thus be able to improve with the Good Living of each canton of The province, object of study.
