Evaluación de las variables del desempeño cooperativo de producción con enfoque en el buen vivir del sur-Manabí y Santa Elena

Abstract:

The cooperative sector in Ecuador emerges due to the necessity of the collective growth in productive levels, therefore, this problem where the variables of the cooperative performance of production focus to the good living of the area south of Manabí and in the province of Santa Elena were evaluated, was considered, it is worth mentioning that these organizations are registered in the Superintendence of Popular economy and Solidarity and were taken as a sample for research, the procedure started with the search of bibliographic information on cooperative principles, Social Economy, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility in establishing a consolidated general matrix, using a tabular summary, it was consulted with experts in the field about the indicators and then proceeded to apply a survey to the directors, partners, and employees of cooperatives, to know about the fulfillment that these had in function of the good life, the result of these surveys reflect that cooperatives need to improve their performance to comply fully with the principles, even more so in the artisanal fisheries sector, because this was an improvement plan that will help to strengthen the cooperative sector of production in the emerging areas, therefore it was proposed the plan with their respective shares of improvements of this study with the objective to contribute to the cooperative management with the implementation of the cooperative principles established.
