Evaluación de microorganismos efectivos (em) en la descomposición y mineralización de la materia orgánica proveniente de desechos agrícolas en la zona de Babahoyo

Abstract:

SUMMARY The organic waste have many benefits for the floor this material it is very rich in nutritious and it works like base for the formation of multiple compound that maintains the microbial activity that will exercise different reactions to the floor when incorporating it, as improving the structure, the permeability, the force of cohesion increases in sandy floors and it diminishes this in loamy floor. Our study will also be made with the presence of EM that is a mixture of several beneficent microorganisms as much aeróbic as anaeróbic in simpler words, these compounds they accelerate the decomposition of the organic waste by means of a process of fermentation. This work intended to evaluate the percentage of effective microorganisms (EM) in the decomposition and mineralitatión of the agricultural organic matter of waste of cultivations, including an economic analysis. The investigation was carried out in the properties of the experimental farm "San Pablo" of the Technical University of Babahoyo, located in km 7,5 of the road Babahoyo-Montalvo. It investigation six treatments and three repetitions; with parcels of 0,8 cubic meters. The treatments were distributed at random in a design of complete blocks, employ the test of Tukey for the evaluation of stockings. The results demonstrate that with the use of vegetable material without manure and with application of 1,0 L of EM, the decomposition of the residuals increases and they activate to the microorganisms inhabitants of the sustrat, obtaining a compost of improvement quality. It was observed increases of temperature with the employment of alone manure, this diminishes the degradation of the material and the biochemical quality of the same one.
